I chose an agile approach to rebrand a static stale (possibly moldy) 2004 HTML site and launch the new website working to a short deadline. Using the Brand Guide formed by a committee at the University, I worked alongside different department heads who all wanted something a little bit different from the overall website.
This type of project is always fun for me, because I have been on so many sides of the table, I am able to listen and learn from what everybody wanted, as well as what everybody needed. In many cases, I was able to establish the reasonable expectations upfront and work from there.
Their want + their needs + my listening and marketing skills = Success!
