Pay attention here…
Create a new page in drupal,
Below the content area, click on “Switch to plain text editor.”,
In the “Input Format” make sure it it set to Full HTML,

Now paste the Google Calendar “iframe” code in the content area.

Save and it should work. If not, let me know…

Add a background layer by holding [Ctrl] + [Alt] and clicking on the New Layer button at the bottom of the Layers Palette [F7]. Press [D] to select the default colors and press [Ctrl + Backspace] to fill with white.

Remember:
Set the Stroke size to something thick for your object, in this case I’m using 5-pixels. Click on the Color box and change the Stroke Color to white.

Adjust the Size and Spread until you get a nice, soft outline. In this case, I’m using a Size of [9-px] and Spread of [35%].

There will not be a big change here, but it will be important in a few steps…

Press [Ctrl + T] to bring up your Transform bounding box. Before you do ANYTHING, right-click in the box and choose [Warp].

Set the Layer Mode to [Screen] and the Layer Opacity to around [50%].

Right-click on the “f” icon in the right-side of your object Layer in the Layers Palette. When the menu appears, choose [Create Layers].

Press [Ctrl + T] to bring up th Transform Bouncing box again. Right-click and choose [Warp] again.

Click-and-drag the right corner towards the right to bring the shadow “back out.”

Very First Step:

Download the plugin needed at the Telegraphics website

You will need to get either the Windows, Vista, or Mac version depending on what system you use.

Second Step:

Unzip file and place read the README file to learn where to put the Plug-In.

Setting Up For Making The Actual File:

Since browsers do not like to look at the image if it is much bigger than 16×16 (some are 32×32) pixels, what I usually do is open a new file in PhotoShop at 160×160 pixels.  Then after I put the information in - I can simply resize the Image Size to 16×16 or 32×32.
My personal preference is to make a 32×32 file because all browsers will reduce those in 1/2 if needed.

Once happy with the look of your file, simply go to Save As >> favicon, and make the File Format = .ICO

Open your Command Prompt and Naviagate to your System 32 Folder.

Probably something like this:

cd C:\Windows\System32

Once here type:

ribbons.scr /p65552

I have been using this now for over 2 months and highly recommend it for anybody who needs a quick, user-friendly way, for your Drupal users to make highly formatted posts.  I first gave TINYMCE a shot, but did not like it as much for a number of reasons.  One of my biggest issues with it was the fact that many of my users turn off Java on pages, and TinyMCE must have Java enabled to work.  Please keep this in mind if you plan on using TinyMCE.

One thing to highlight about the setup is the editor(s) of the Module did not mention you must make sure all users are set to “Use Full HTML” instead of “Use Filtered HTML”, or it will not working properly.  So keep this in mind.

Here are the directions to setting it up, and some Pros / Cons to using this module.

PROS:

Quick and easy to install

User-Friendly for front-end users who do not have HTML background

Ability to upload media of different types quickly

CONS:

Documentation is poorly written… ( Obviously written from a Programmer point of view, not a User point of view )

Small learning curve

Works best if installed before making other User Roles, found under the Administer >> User Management >> Roles, other than anonymous and authenticated

now even google had to get caught up in the mess, and make a browser called “Chrome”

when did the world become so dull that everything has to be shiny, chromed out, or glitterly?

personally, I think the fad is boring and I would rather go back to some simpler times when we all could just enjoy the nice weather, either at the beach or mountains, or through a walk downtown on a warm night after a nice baseball game.

Ok, so I am just as big of a computer geek as the rest of you and spend way too much time infront of LCD monitors and PhotoShop these days, and I love it.  But the cavat to that is, I still love to get out and unplug, and enjoy the nature around me, remind myself of the simple things in life, and smile.

With it being the last year at the real Yankee Stadium, Sarah and I are trying to plan a time and place to go visit it.  At the present, it looks like September is going to work for us both.
